Operating on an area of 600 m2, our speciality is heat-treatment of various structural and tool-steels within the dimensional limits, incl. induction-process, tempering, vacuum-soldering, or any combination of these.

Tempering, aging in SAFED vibration-plate, protection-gas furnace. Max. section-size 100 x 30 mm (e.g. bulk-lots of sheet-components, springs, binding-elements, etc.)
Traditional heat-treatment in chamber-type furnace, e.g. antistress-handling, aging, tempering, cementing in solid medium, up to 500 x 300 x 800 mm overal dimension.

Max. overall dimension can be Ø 300 x 500 mm and 500 x 980 mm.

Our vacuum equipment operate in the range of 10^-4 mbar , suitable for special heat-treatments, vacuum-softening, shiny smoldering, vacuum-soldering, tempering of tool-steels up to 1200 °C, for pieces with max. overall size of 500 x 500 x 250 mm, 320 x 440 x 250 mm and 440x700x250 mm.  Our tunnel-type furnace operates with hydrogen protective gas, for hard-soldering, softening or shiny smoldering uo to 150 x 25 mm section-size. We can flexibly accept orders for both small and larger lots, and can also provide technological support and consultancy to help our customers find the optimal solution foe their requirements.
